Note: RiverRail 2026 will again be a four session weekend with the banquet on Friday evening. Friday sessions will start at 1 pm.

Thursday
- Optional session at Scott and Nancy Stearns scheduled for 1 pm to 5 pm. Information about how to sign up will be provided via email.
- Open Houses:
- Shane Lambert's Cedar River Valley Railroad from 5 pm - 8 pm. Email cnwwaseca@gmail.com for more information. Hors d'oeuvres and desserts will be provided.
- Dave Burman's Twin Cities Division from 5 pm - 8 pm. Email davidlburman@gmail.com for more information. This will be a railfan/layout open house if folks want to hang out on the front lawn and bring food/drink or fetch it from the hotel or Cat Daddy's Bar and Grill.
Friday
- Registration: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Departures from hotel: 12:05 pm to 12:30 pm 1
- First Session Start: 1:00 pm
Freight House Banquet
- Social Hour: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Notes:
- See layout assignment grid for your hotel departure times and session start times. Departure times vary depending on driving time and should get you there 15-20 minutes before the session begins, giving you time to view the layout before the crew briefing. Please do not arrive earlier, as this may interfere with pre-session preparations.

- Departures for afternoon session will be from morning session, not hotel. Please form an all-day carpool before leaving hotel. Lunch on your own en route except for those at Bob Welke's and Alan Schroeder's morning sessions. Please see your information packet.
- Randy Page's, Bob Welke's and Alan Schroeder's afternoon sessions will include a mid or post-session meal.
