Notes:

1. See layout assignment grid for your hotel departure times and session start times. Departure times vary depending on driving time and should get you there 15-20 minutes before the session begins, giving you time to view the layout before the crew briefing. Please do not arrive earlier, as this may interfere with pre-session preparations.

3. Departures for afternoon session will be from morning session, not hotel. Please form an all-day carpool before leaving hotel. Lunch on your own en route except for those at Bob Welke's and Alan Schroeder's morning sessions. Please see your information packet.
4. Randy Page's, Bob Welke's and Alan Schroeder's afternoon sessions will include a mid or post-session meal. Scott and Nancy Stearn's session will include a mid-session meal at the Goodhue Depot.
